Message from the Director
It is my great pleasure to share the journey and commitment of the Integrated Community Development Organization (ICDO-Lalitpur). Since our establishment in 2010, we have worked hand in hand with communities, partners, and local institutions to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of marginalized and vulnerable people.
Over the years, ICDO has expanded its reach to 16 wards, touching the lives of more than 7,500 households through programs focused on disaster preparedness, climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, good governance, and community empowerment. These achievements reflect not only our organizational dedication but also the trust placed in us by the communities we serve.

- Organize skill based and income generating programs uniting poor, marginalized people of the oppressed community.
- Uplift the living standard of poor and marginalized members organized in different groups through sustainable livelihood programs.
- Reduce vulnerability and increase resiliency through Disaster Risk Management
- Promote human rights through a right based program.
- Build capacity of impact groups to identify and manage available resources, local knowledge, skill, and technology.
- Empower, enhance, and ensure the institutional development of communities for conservation and sustainable management biodiversity and ecosystem services.
- Increase advocacy skills of the target communities to ensure basic rights of women, vulnerable and marginalized people.
- Increase access of basic goods and services to target community and groups.
- Develop institutional governance practice while giving emphasis on gender, social inclusion, and organizational accountability.
