Nepal is in the stage of transition to peace, democracy, and stability. The development pathways are necessary but challenging. The agencies and actors in Nepal need to demonstrate leadership by supporting government and communities to achieve prosperity and socio-economic development. It is also time for NGOs like ICDO-Lalitpur to empower communities and rural institutions, with a focus on marginalized and socially excluded groups to ensure human rights, social justice, and gender equity. This requires innovative management skills and willingness to support change. The aim of the programme is to demonstrate leadership and management skills within ICDO-Lalitpur, local institutions and communities, to make service delivery efficient and effective.
